Reco Glass offers for the first time air purifier with CO2 capture, which are then used to make glass. AC Biode has developed this patent pending technology together with Revcell. Together with our partners, we sell Reco Glass CO2 cleaners, air purifiers, and air conditioners. After capturing CO2, this material can be used to make low-carbon glass. Our technology therefore helps to decarbonise the glass manufacturing process, lowers carbon emissions for device users and allows businesses to achieve their carbon offsetting goals.
Our digital solutions allow users to track their carbon capture and unlock carbon credits. This puts the power of carbon capture in the hands of the people. The filters are then sold to glass producers as low-carbon alternative raw materials.

Our products include Reco Glass air purifiers and air conditioners which contain our unique CO2 filters (Reco filters). These allow hybrid air purification — the built-in HEPA filter removes particles and pollutants from the air, while the Reco filter captures carbon dioxide with minimal additional energy consumption. In addition, our smart air purifiers and air conditioners track the air quality via an app that can be operated and monitored remotely.
The captured CO2 is stored in a raw material which is then sent and used for industrial glass manufacture. The users of Reco Glass devices can also choose to receive glass items made with the CO2 captured from their filters. This way they have ownership over their carbon capture and storage.
