Tadashi Kubo
Vision. Finance. Leadership.
12 years at Sojitz Corporation on business development and project finance about battery, machinery, infrastructure, renewable energy, mainly in Africa and Latin America. Having worked in Asia, Angola, and Brazil, Tadashi holds an MBA from Judge Business School, the University of Cambridge. A former Bronze Medallist at the Feather Weight Class of Japan’s National Boxing.

Dr. Atsushi Mizusawa
Research. Invention. Team-Building.
Dr Atsushi Mizusawa holds combined expertise in chemistry, material science, particle acceleration and battery research to anchor the unique knowledge that drives AC Biode’s product development. He has 25-year work experience at Daikin, IM&T Research (US), and KRI as a researcher on material science, catalyst, and batteries.
Dr. Mizusawa holds a Ph.D. in Material Structure Science from the Graduate University for Advanced Studies and was a researcher at Kyoto University.

Robert Kunzmann
Entrepreneur. Engineer. Rebel.
After his BEng in Manufacturing Engineering and Management, he worked in the construction industry. Passionate about the environment, Robert completed an MPhil in Engineering for Sustainable Development at the University of Cambridge, where he then served 4 years as a researcher at the Centre for Sustainable Road Freight. Before AC Biode he founded and exited a gaming start-up. As a member of the Arctic Club, Robert conducts outdoor expeditions in remote regions of the world.
